Fernandez Montoto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guo Zhen Liang read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Fernandez Montoto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Guo Zhen Liang was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guo Zhen Liang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Librado Erruz in the 79th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by David Comas in the 83rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Sociedad Anónima's Gastón Benedetti.
