Batu Yalazabey kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Erim İpekdal's late challenge caught a NoWayOut's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erim İpekdal helped the player get up and apologised. Mehmet Halis Tezay didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berke Pekant went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. NoWayOut's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Cuma Gökçek scored to the left of an out of position Zülfü Kutsel, making the score, 1-1. 19 minutes into the match, Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s goal looked a bit too open when Berke Pekant came free, but Mehmet Halis Tezay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Berke Pekant came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the NoWayOut fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Berke Pekant couldn't finish the play. After 24 minutes, Şeray Çağlayan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Karadeniz Ereğli S.K. and the NoWayOut players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Karadeniz Ereğli S.K. getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Şeray Çağlayan hit a great ball. If Bedih Ispartalı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Göktuğ İkram kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Abbas Kadrican was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NoWayOut's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karadeniz Ereğli S.K. the free kick. In the 28th match minute, NoWayOut was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abbas Kadrican to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, NoWayOut's Bedih Ispartalı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehmet Halis Tezay made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Burç Emiroğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. NoWayOut's supporters rose to their feet, but Burç Emiroğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Halis Tezay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Karadeniz Ereğli S.K. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NoWayOut were winning 1-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kerem Ertaş stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zülfü Kutsel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Kaan Ulağ, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Zülfü Kutsel came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s Ali Kaan Ulağ. But to his dismay, Ali Kaan Ulağ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Zülfü Kutsel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kerem Ertaş's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. The supporters of NoWayOut booed when Karadeniz Ereğli S.K. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Korcan Deryace didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Batu Yalazabey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NoWayOut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Batu Yalazabey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zülfü Kutsel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Kaan Ulağ, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Zülfü Kutsel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerem Ertaş, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İskender Zağanos struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Mehmet Halis Tezay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NoWayOut. Erim İpekdal got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 80th minute, Erim İpekdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Mehmet Halis Tezay successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Burç Emiroğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Kaan Ulağ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Zülfü Kutsel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the game, Cuma Gökçek was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NoWayOut the free kick. After a rather tough play, Karadeniz Ereğli S.K.'s Cuma Gökçek got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 94th minute, NoWayOut's Batu Yalazabey dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. The NoWayOut supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing NoWayOut would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
