Adana FC's Arif Egemen Çakar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esat Umay in the 4th minute of play. In the 5th minute İsmail Cem Kaçkar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Orguntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Under 18 Universe got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Osman Pekşen. In the 12th minute, Under 18 Universe's Cem Kırca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arif Egemen Çakar. Arif Egemen Çakar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Under 18 Universe getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Tuncay Sabit hit a great ball. Under 18 Universe's Bedir Uğursal got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Under 18 Universe's goal looked a bit too open when Duman Temizkan came free, but Tahsin Orguntay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Orhan Veli Tokyürek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cem Kırca spun around in front of the goal 23 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Adana FC's goal. After a rather tough play, Under 18 Universe's Mehmet Osman Pekşen got a free kick in the 25th minute. Esat Umays short, quick shot in the 29thth minute got Arif Egemen Çakar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arif Egemen Çakar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esat Umay, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 31 minutes into the game, İsmail Cem Kaçkar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Adana FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Under 18 Universe the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orhan Veli Tokyürek got free with Arif Egemen Çakar in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 46 minutes into the match, Adana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esat Umay came free, but Arif Egemen Çakar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cem Kırca in the 47thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell İsmail Cem Kaçkar to make the kick off. Tahsin Orguntay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Arif Egemen Çakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esat Umay in the 69th minute of play. In the 72nd minute, Mehmet Osman Pekşen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tahsin Orguntay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duman Temizkan in the 73rd minute of the match. Arif Egemen Çakar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esat Umay, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. A collision led to Adana FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. İsmail Cem Kaçkar hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esat Umay in the 84th minute of play forced Adana FC's goalkeeper Arif Egemen Çakar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Adana FC defense, Orhan Veli Tokyürek kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arif Egemen Çakar. The Adana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arif Egemen Çakar should have stopped the shot.
