Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Algot Abrahamsson kicked off to start the match. Gabriel Grubb made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nils-Åke Fristedt in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the game, Algot Abrahamsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Stig-Åke Brogren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 10th match minute, Elefanterna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olle Groth to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Åke Fristedt got free with Gabriel Grubb in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Elefanterna getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Olle Groth hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Nils-Åke Fristedt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Grubb. HEJA ESLÖV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nils-Åke Fristedt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Harry Stenqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Grubb having to make a save. Stig-Åke Brogren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algot Abrahamsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Stenqvist in the 31st minute of play forced HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Gabriel Grubb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ludwig Brun during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th minute, Ludwig Brun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 35 minutes, Bernt Ahlkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elefanterna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernt Ahlkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nils-Åke Fristedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40thth minute of the game Jens-Ove Olsmann who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but HEJA ESLÖV's Gabriel Grubb was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nils-Åke Fristedt made a kick off. Jens-Ove Olsmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Grubb having to interfere. Nils-Åke Fristedt struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Gabriel Grubb didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elefanterna. With 58 minutes on the clock, Åke Högberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 57 minutes into the game, one of HEJA ESLÖV:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 59th minute there was a penalty for Elefanterna. Bernt Ahlkvist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gabriel Grubb. 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in HEJA ESLÖV's zone, Olle Groth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Grubb came out of the goal and Olle Groth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. HEJA ESLÖV's Gabriel Grubb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Åke Fristedt in the 66th minute of play. Gabriel Grubb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Olsmann in the 67th minute of play. Nils-Åke Fristedt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gabriel Grubb having to make a save. In the 72nd minute, Jens-Ove Olsmann made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Grubb. HEJA ESLÖV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Sverker Persson struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Stig-Åke Brogren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HEJA ESLÖV. Valter Pedersson kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Olsmann came free, but Gabriel Grubb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jan-Olof Palm fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HEJA ESLÖV's protests and gave Jan-Olof Palm a yellow card for diving instead. Elefanterna made a substitution. Thomas Vall replaced Harry Stenqvist. In the 97th minute, Jan-Olof Palm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Elefanterna were the better team. Elefanterna's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
