Jens-Erik Brogren struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Valdemar Anselius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gärsnäs BF. The referee ignored Gärsnäs BF's protests and gave Mikael Arvidsson a yellow card for diving instead. Joel Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Ahlqvist in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gert Norström to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd match minute, Fulham Broadway FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Nyqvist to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Gärsnäs BF booed when Fulham Broadway FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Nyqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valdemar Anselius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. After 74 minutes, Gert Norström made it 5-2 with a short kick to the right side.
