After a rather tough play, Ljungbyholm's Boris Pihlgren got a free kick in the 9th minute. Mats Ekeroth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vilhelm Boklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mats Ekeroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vilhelm Boklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 14 played minutes Ljungbyholm got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Berg. Ljungbyholm's Mats Ekeroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Käcker in the 15th minute of play. Edward Dalkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mats Ekeroth having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Adrian Käcker made a precise shot to the right of Mats Ekeroth. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vilhelm Boklund in the 80th minute of play forced Ljungbyholm's goalkeeper Mats Ekeroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
