Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kenny Dahlman started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Porjus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Stolpe to maneuver through the defense. 5 minutes into the match, Frogner's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Stolpe came free, but Ulf Gadd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Frogner's Ulf Gadd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Bock in the 7th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Porjus's Ivan Ström slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ulf Gadd. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. A collision led to Porjus getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mats Nilsson hit a great ball. Jerry Bock kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Wallmark in the 16th minute of play forced Porjus's goalkeeper Pontus Lundin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulf Gadd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albin Stolpe in the 17th minute of play. Ted Dahlbom charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ted Dahlbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 19th minute, Ted Dahlbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerry Bock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Ulf Gadd made a huge save. A collision led to Porjus getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mats Nilsson hit a great ball. Ulf Gadd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albin Stolpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pontus Lundin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Wallmark, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Porjus's Pontus Lundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenny Dahlman in the 35th minute of play. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jerry Bock was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Porjus's Pontus Lundin got control of the ball when Kenny Dahlman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sven-Oskar Josefsson kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the game, one of Porjus:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a rather tough play, Frogner's Börje Sandberg got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, Mats Nilsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 83rd match minute, Frogner was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenny Dahlman to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Ivan Ström made a precise shot to the right of Ulf Gadd. Frogner's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After a rather tough play, Frogner's Tomas Levander got a free kick in the 89th minute. Jerry Bock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Ulf Gadd tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ivan Ström during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Porjus getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Ivan Ström hit a great ball. Despite being the better team, Porjus failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
