Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Zebastian Ahlrot started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Average Joes's zone, Sonny Johansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andréas Lundin came out of the goal and Sonny Johansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Karl-Johan Siggesson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 7 played minutes Menofta got a freekick which was hit by Olov Österberg. In the 7th minute of the match Claes Stenström sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but John Arvidsson skillfully saved the ball. Vilhelm Tolsson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Andréas Lundin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Ryberg in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Zebastian Ahlrot got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 17th minute Zebastian Ahlrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th match minute, Menofta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sonny Johansson to maneuver through the defense. Bernt Ryberg kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Jack Vennerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. John Arvidsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Average Joes's Zebastian Ahlrot in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Menofta's goalie prevented a goal. Vilhelm Tolsson kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 42nd minute Bernt Ryberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andréas Lundin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andréas Lundin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joakim Hedlund in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bernt Ryberg was the one to do the kick off. Andréas Lundin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Ryberg in the 51st minute of play. Anton Kinnman kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Jack Vennerberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John Arvidsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jack Vennerberg went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute Otto Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Anton Kinnman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 85 minutes into the match, Average Joes's Jack Vennerberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that John Arvidsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Average Joes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Average Joes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
