Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Västerberg started the match with the kick off. Karl-Erik Vester blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dan Palmquist having to make a save. Philip Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Kinnman in the 4th minute of play. After 6 minutes of play, FK Ekebo's Joel Västerberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dan Palmquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Joel Västerberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dan Palmquist was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Dan Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Västerberg in the 14th minute of the match. Karl-Erik Vester could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Dan Palmquist made a huge save. When Jimmie Tinglöv fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Djurgården IF's protests and gave Jimmie Tinglöv a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Djurgården IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmie Tinglöv to maneuver through the defense. Djurgården IF's Dan Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Västerberg in the 25th minute of play. With an all-out effort, FK Ekebo's Dan Palmquist threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Västerberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jimmie Tinglöv fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Mattsson having to interfere. Joel Västerberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Dan Palmquist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 43 minutes into the match, Djurgården IF's goal looked a bit too open when Ingemar Dahlman came free, but Dan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Palmquist made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Joel Västerberg sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joel Västerberg got free with Dan Palmquist in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Djurgården IF's Dan Palmquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Västerberg in the 48th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimmie Tinglöv was the one to do the kick off. Dan Palmquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Västerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingemar Dahlman took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dan Palmquist. Dan Palmquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 60th match minute, FK Ekebo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Dahlqvist to maneuver through the defense. FK Ekebo's Anders Alebäck was substituted for Joseph Frisk. A collision led to FK Ekebo getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Philip Dahlqvist hit a great ball. Ted Ödmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Mattsson having to interfere. If Lennart Eliasson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johan Odén made in the 82nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jimmie Tinglöv immediately put the ball in play. Joel Västerberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dan Palmquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingemar Dahlman, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
