Spectators: 154 (Terracing: 116, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lars Johansson started the match with the kick off. The supporters of StraX Xenon FC booed when RB Göteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Deckberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sakarias Lund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gustav Jansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Kent Gunnarsson made a huge save. Kent Gunnarsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gustav Jansson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Peter Ek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Georg Åkerberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as StraX Xenon FC's Karl-Erik Häger slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kent Gunnarsson. That made the score 2-1 after 27 minutes of play. After 32 played minutes RB Göteborg got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Nord. In the 33rd minute, Sakarias Lund sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and RB Göteborg's Kent Gunnarsson didn't even have to move. Kent Gunnarsson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dennis Sjöö showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 37 minute of play. After 41 played minutes RB Göteborg got a freekick which was hit by Christopher Nord. StraX Xenon FC's Sakarias Lund shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 42nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kent Gunnarsson but with some difficulty. Kent Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Sjöö in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Dennis Sjöö ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kent Gunnarsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Peter Ek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Georg Åkerberg made a huge save. The supporters of StraX Xenon FC booed when RB Göteborg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Ekström didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, RB Göteborg's Peter Ek dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-2. In the 62nd match minute, RB Göteborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ove Deckberg to maneuver through the defense. StraX Xenon FC's Sakarias Lund got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Einar Gustavsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A hard shot 65 in the game by Lars Johansson from a close distance when the talented Georg Åkerberg managed to make a qualified save. StraX Xenon FC's players were relieved. After 65 played minutes StraX Xenon FC got a freekick which was hit by Dick Nyström. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Dennis Sjöö managed to get in a good position for a shot. StraX Xenon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Sjöö was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kent Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 79th match minute, RB Göteborg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christopher Nord to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gert Uter in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kent Gunnarsson saved RB Göteborg from getting behind. Dennis Sjöö took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kent Gunnarsson. Kent Gunnarsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Georg Åkerberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lars Johansson in the 92nd minute. 95 minutes into the match, RB Göteborg's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Uter came free, but Kent Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the RB Göteborg players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for StraX Xenon FC.
