Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) John Brandt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Löfgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nusnäs IF's Kristian Hellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats-Olof Rubarth in the 6th minute of play. Kristian Hellkvist had in the 21stth minute some difficulties stopping Ian Ekström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. David Möller kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Ian Ekström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kristian Hellkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herman Falkrantz in the 29th minute. Ove Björck kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Ian Ekström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Elmtaryd Agunnaryd's Michael Baba Brundin got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Hubert Hjortsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mats-Olof Rubarth's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristian Hellkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After 44 played minutes Nusnäs IF got a freekick which was hit by Ture Dalkvist. Kristian Hellkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats-Olof Rubarth in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

51 minutes into the match, Nusnäs IF's Patrik Löfgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that John Brandt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ian Ekström struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Kristian Hellkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elmtaryd Agunnaryd. Mats-Olof Rubarth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd minute, Nusnäs IF's Patrik Löfgren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind John Brandt. John Brandt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. After 67 minutes Nusnäs IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mats-Olof Rubarth who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Mats-Olof Rubarth got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kristian Hellkvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 73rd minute, Mats-Olof Rubarth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. George Ersman charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed George Ersman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Nusnäs IF's George Ersman got a free kick in the 78th minute. Kristian Hellkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Falkrantz in the 78th minute of the match. If Mats-Olof Rubarth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herman Falkrantz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 85 minutes into the match, Herman Falkrantz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Hellkvist. Nusnäs IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herman Falkrantz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Herman Falkrantz might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristian Hellkvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herman Falkrantz ran back to his position shaking his head.
