Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Holger Wallengren took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 4 played minutes AC Mayonnaise got a freekick which was hit by Alf Törnkvist. Stefan Gernberg hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Holger Wallengren took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Östen Walroth. Östen Walroth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alf Törnkvist got free with Egil Åkerman in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, North Pole Kickers's Egil Åkerman got control of the ball when Kjell-Arne Lindberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 30 played minutes AC Mayonnaise got a freekick which was hit by Herman Forsman. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Holger Wallengren managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Pole Kickers's supporters rose to their feet, but Holger Wallengren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Östen Walroth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Östen Walroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Gernberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 39th minute, Stefan Gernberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Östen Walroth was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Östen Walroth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Wallengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The audience was convinced that Holger Wallengren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Östen Walroth was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

North Pole Kickers's Uno Granberg was substituted for Lucas Alberg. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alf Törnkvist was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, Erik Hellkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Boris Ek got a free kick in the 58th minute. Egil Åkerman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmund Runberg went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Askberg in the 67th minute of play forced AC Mayonnaise's goalkeeper Östen Walroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Edmund Runberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, North Pole Kickers's Stefan Gernberg got a free kick in the 68th minute. Egil Åkerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmund Runberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The AC Mayonnaise fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when AC Mayonnaise's Alf Törnkvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 72 minutes of play, AC Mayonnaise's Alf Törnkvist made it 4-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Egil Åkerman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Östen Walroth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olof Askberg in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, North Pole Kickers's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Törnkvist came free, but Egil Åkerman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Östen Walroth stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olof Askberg's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Alf Törnkvist hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. 97 minutes into the game, Olof Askberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. North Pole Kickers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Mayonnaise the free kick. A collision led to North Pole Kickers getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Olof Askberg hit a great ball. AC Mayonnaise were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of North Pole Kickers for a fine match.
