The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. John Blomqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Klemensson having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Joxa mé trasan's Benne Konkel seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Benne Konkel the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Joxa mé trasan protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Benne Konkel had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Niclas Allbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonny Sundberg in the 18th minute of the match. Maximilian Wester struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Andy Klemensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Joxa mé trasan. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christopher Biörk got free with Andy Klemensson in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joxa mé trasan's Niclas Allbom played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Åkerman in the 29th minute of play. Here Comes the Hammer's Andy Klemensson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Here Comes the Hammer from getting a goal against them. Leonardo Åkesson hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Andy Klemensson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from John Blomqvist went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tobias Åkerman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Maximilian Wester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Here Comes the Hammer's Edmund Jönsson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Niclas Allbom but with some difficulty. Andy Klemensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximilian Wester in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Here Comes the Hammer's goal looked a bit too open when Maximilian Wester came free, but Andy Klemensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christopher Biörk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Klemensson having to interfere. Here Comes the Hammer's Leonardo Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
