Marcus Mjølner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jimmie Lundberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Albert Eskilsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emil Hafström. The Northmen Army's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 29th minute, Vilhelm Mjølner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jimmie Lundberg. The goal made the score 1-0. André Hammarbäck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Albert Eskilsson came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Mörknäs Electric Vikings fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Eskilsson couldn't finish the play. Emil Hafström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Jack Lundberg hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Jimmie Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pål Wiklund in the 53rd minute of play. In the 57th minute Örjan Hybbert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hafström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Lindqvist came free, but Jimmie Lundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mörknäs Electric Vikings's goalkeeper Jimmie Lundberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, The Northmen Army's goal looked a bit too open when Örjan Hybbert came free, but Emil Hafström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt Eklund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Emil Hafström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 80th minute, Richard Söderlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mörknäs Electric Vikings's Jimmie Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Mjølner in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Mörknäs Electric Vikings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johan Berglund to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Mörknäs Electric Vikings's zone, Vilhelm Mjølner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimmie Lundberg came out of the goal and Vilhelm Mjølner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Sandström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alex Lidberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. The Northmen Army had won after a very even match.
