The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alin Partenskiy in the 4th minute of play forced Tutor Militari's goalkeeper Teodor Pătrășcanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute Valeriu Fânaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Partenadze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Rareș Abraham notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Alinborger's Alin Partenadze. Alin Partenadze was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 12th minute, Ciprian Zeciu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Alinborger's Alin Partenadze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valeriu Fânaru in the 19th minute of play. After 21 minutes of play, FC Alinborger's Nae Hodorog made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teodor Pătrășcanu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alin Partenskiy kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Alin Partenadze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Golescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Teodor Pătrășcanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim Vlăsiu in the 26th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Florin Goicea took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Teodor Pătrășcanu to make any attempt to save it. In the 38th minute Cazimir Golescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Partenadze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Cazimir Golescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Alin Partenadze was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Teodor Pătrășcanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nae Hodorog in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Zeciu in the 46th minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Alin Partenadze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
FC Alinborger's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Cazimir Golescu scored to the left of an out of position Alin Partenadze, making the score, 3-3. After a rather tough play, FC Alinborger's Aristide Dănescu got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 67th minute Ciprian Zeciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Partenadze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cazimir Golescu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alin Partenadze came out and tried to block the shot, but Cazimir Golescu slotted it home off the left post making it 3-4 in the 74th minute. Teodor Pătrășcanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Hodorog, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valeriu Fânaru got free with Alin Partenadze in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ernest Stârcea kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Tutor Militari's goal looked a bit too open when Alin Partenskiy came free, but Teodor Pătrășcanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Tutor Militari's Ciprian Zeciu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alin Partenadze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. 93 minutes into the match, Valeriu Fânaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alin Partenadze. FC Alinborger's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valeriu Fânaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-6. Teodor Pătrășcanu came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Alinborger's Nae Hodorog. But to his dismay, Nae Hodorog quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-6. The FC Alinborger supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tutor Militari's performance. The match ended with a win for Tutor Militari.
