A collision led to MasterBets getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Liviu Păstrăv hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costică Astafiei in the 7th minute of play forced Viola Invest's goalkeeper David Şneapotă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Viola Invest getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Marius Bogatu hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Viola Invest's zone, Costică Astafiei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Şneapotă came out of the goal and Costică Astafiei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ionel Jupân recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gigel Cismarescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Flavius Galușcă tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Liviu Păstrăv hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Flavius Galușcă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gigel Cismarescu in the 22nd minute of play. After 24 minutes of play, Viola Invest's Ionel Jupân made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavius Galușcă was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ionel Jupân's late challenge caught a MasterBets's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ionel Jupân helped the player get up and apologised. Ionel Jupân kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. MasterBets's Horea Geamănu was substituted for Isac Inculeț. MasterBets made a substitution. Iulian Mușătescu replaced Eduard Aplugăriței. After 30 played minutes Viola Invest got a freekick which was hit by Ionel Jupân. David Şneapotă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Costică Astafiei, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 34 minutes into the match, Costică Astafiei notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Viola Invest's David Şneapotă. David Şneapotă was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 37 minutes, Marius Bogatu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viola Invest and the MasterBets players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marius Bogatu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Costică Astafiei was the one to do the kick off. In the last second David Şneapotă throw himself and got hold of the ball when Costică Astafiei in the 53rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Gigel Cismarescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavius Galușcă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionel Jupân, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in MasterBets's zone, Dragoş Barbălată stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavius Galușcă came out of the goal and Dragoş Barbălată tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 71 played minutes, Viola Invest's Aron Turceanu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Flavius Galușcă came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Viola Invest reached it. 75 minutes into the match, MasterBets's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Cismarescu came free, but Flavius Galușcă reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute Gigel Cismarescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Galușcă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavius Galușcă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionel Jupân in the 78th minute of the match. David Şneapotă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Mocanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Costică Astafiei received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. David Şneapotă came out and tried to block the shot, but Costică Astafiei slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 85th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Anton Mocanu could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which David Şneapotă however easily saved by the left post. After 93 minutes of play, MasterBets's Costică Astafiei made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Şneapotă was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched MasterBets eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
