Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aurelian Gologan took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Dorel Leucuța came free, but Manole Ghiondea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogdan Ionițoiu during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 4 played minutes UFC Veseud got a freekick which was hit by Bogdan Ionițoiu. If Dorel Leucuța had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristide Bocșa hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelian Gologan in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manole Ghiondea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 11 minutes, Cezar Răţescu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Maxim Moșanu kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, UFC Veseud's Aurelian Gologan got a free kick in the 16th minute. After some careless play in the UFC Veseud defense, Maxim Moșanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cezar Răţescu. The UFC Veseud fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cezar Răţescu should have stopped the shot. Manole Ghiondea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liviu Cozma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Galati Harbour Cats's Maxim Moșanu got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Adam Negreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Mavrogheni in the 33rd minute of play forced UFC Veseud's goalkeeper Cezar Răţescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cezar Răţescu made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Maxim Moșanu sent off a good shot on target. Fabian Pădureanu kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. After 40 played minutes Galati Harbour Cats got a freekick which was hit by Maxim Moșanu. If Filip Mavrogheni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Filip Mavrogheni made the kick off in the second half. Manole Ghiondea made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Aurelian Gologan sent off a good shot on target. Cezar Răţescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Mavrogheni in the 58th minute of the match. Eusebiu Gliga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manole Ghiondea was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Aurelian Gologan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Aurelian Gologan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. A hard shot 69 in the game by Aurelian Gologan from a close distance when the talented Manole Ghiondea managed to make a qualified save. Galati Harbour Cats's players were relieved. Cezar Răţescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maxim Moșanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 74 minutes of play, Galati Harbour Cats's Maxim Moșanu made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cezar Răţescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aurelian Gologan succeeded in the game's 78th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-4. Aurelian Gologan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manole Ghiondea came out and tried to block the shot, but Aurelian Gologan slotted it home off the left post making it 2-5 in the 87th minute. The supporters of UFC Veseud booed when Galati Harbour Cats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Mavrogheni didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Gliga came free, but Manole Ghiondea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gică Dobrica kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched UFC Veseud eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
