After a rather tough play, Navigatii Bacău's Vali Moșanu got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute, Laurențiu Floricel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costin Răchitan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. GoooooL's Mihăiţă Ştefulescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Corneliu Cismaș in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Marcel Molodețiu made a precise shot to the right of Costin Răchitan. Navigatii Bacău's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Corneliu Cismaș's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mihăiţă Ştefulescu was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Mihăiţă Ştefulescu came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Navigatii Bacău's Toader Opriș. But to his dismay, Toader Opriș quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With 18 minutes on the clock, Dumitru Oardă commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 17th minute, one of Navigatii Bacău:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Navigatii Bacău. In the 24th minute Toader Opriș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihăiţă Ştefulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, Toader Opriș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Mihăiţă Ştefulescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Navigatii Bacău's Costin Răchitan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Navigatii Bacău from getting a goal against them. Costin Răchitan made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Eugen Mănescu sent off a good shot on target. After 34 played minutes GoooooL got a freekick which was hit by Lucrețiu Istrătescu. In the 35th minute Corneliu Cismaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihăiţă Ştefulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Corneliu Cismaș cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Mihăiţă Ştefulescu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Cigu during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GoooooL's Emanuel Cigu got a free kick in the 41st minute. Costin Răchitan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Molodețiu in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, GoooooL's Tiberiu Andone dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-3.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Corneliu Cismaș stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Ivan Tutunaru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costin Răchitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiberiu Andone in the 52nd minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, GoooooL's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Tutunaru came free, but Mihăiţă Ştefulescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Costin Răchitan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Molodețiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel Molodețiu in the 61st minute of play forced Navigatii Bacău's goalkeeper Costin Răchitan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Costin Răchitan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurențiu Floricel went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-3 was the resulting score. The supporters of GoooooL booed when Navigatii Bacău was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gigel Curteanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 75th minute, Laurențiu Floricel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GoooooL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-4. With a little luck, GoooooL's Mihăiţă Ştefulescu got control of the ball when Corneliu Cismaș tried to sneak it across the goal line. 81 minutes into the game, GoooooL's Marcel Molodețiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costin Răchitan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-4. Costin Răchitan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Molodețiu in the 84th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Marcel Molodețiu made a precise shot to the right of Costin Răchitan. Navigatii Bacău's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-4. Călin Zdroană kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the GoooooL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
