Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Tudor Pintilescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Codruț Răchită showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basarab Arotăriței, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After a rather tough play, FC Berea's Moise Boacă got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute Tudor Pintilescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Iurea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, FC Berea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horea Panaitoiu to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th match minute, FC Berea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Dărmănescu to maneuver through the defense. Codruț Răchită took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berea Luca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Dărmănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Codruț Răchită tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd match minute, LIVERPOOL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Pintilescu to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute of the match Gigi Ardeleanu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Codruț Răchită showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 35th minute, Basarab Arotăriței made a precise shot to the right of Codruț Răchită. LIVERPOOL FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. LIVERPOOL FC's Codruț Răchită played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Dărmănescu in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horea Panaitoiu in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codruț Răchită saved LIVERPOOL FC from getting behind. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basarab Arotăriței stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Horea Mititelu hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 60th match minute, LIVERPOOL FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Eftimescu to maneuver through the defense. FC Berea made a substitution. Liviu Mihaiu replaced Gigi Ardeleanu. In the 61st minute, Sergiu Eftimescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the game, Berea Avram was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Berea's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LIVERPOOL FC the free kick. A collision led to FC Berea getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Berea Avram hit a great ball. Horea Mititelu's late challenge caught a FC Berea's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Horea Mititelu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th minute, Horea Mititelu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute Mugur Martinaș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dacian Iurea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes FC Berea got a freekick which was hit by Martin Coraș. In the 72nd match minute, FC Berea was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Coraș to maneuver through the defense. Berea Luca kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, LIVERPOOL FC's Sergiu Eftimescu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sergiu Eftimescu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of LIVERPOOL FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sergiu Eftimescu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 78 minutes into the game, one of LIVERPOOL FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 80 minutes, FC Berea's Basarab Arotăriței got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Codruț Răchită. Tudor Pintilescu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basarab Arotăriței in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Codruț Răchită prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, LIVERPOOL FC's Codruț Răchită got control of the ball when Eric Dărmănescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Berea Luca scored 0-3 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Codruț Răchită, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 99th minute, Berea Luca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Codruț Răchită. The goal made the score 0-4.
