Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) After a rather tough play, Raureni Academy's Cristinel Cârnațiu got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Champions Iasi's Mădălin Pascu shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 3rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Călin Barbosu but with some difficulty. Călin Barbosu made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Manole Crașovan sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Raureni Academy's Călin Barbosu got control of the ball when Luca Rădvan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Raureni Academy's goalkeeper Călin Barbosu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toader Apăvăloaie. After 11 minutes of play, Champions Iasi's Manole Crașovan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Călin Barbosu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Champions Iasi's Sorin Năsturel got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, George Vâlcu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Călin Barbosu. Raureni Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that George Vâlcu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Sorin Năsturel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Călin Barbosu came out and tried to block the shot, but Sorin Năsturel slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 25th minute. Raureni Academy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Sorin Năsturel scored to the left of an out of position Călin Barbosu, making the score, 4-0. 38 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goal looked a bit too open when Codruț Giurcă came free, but Ovidiu Bojin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Raureni Academy's Victor Muscaș got a free kick in the 39th minute. George Vâlcu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Călin Barbosu made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victor Muscaș to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Sorin Năsturel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Călin Barbosu. Raureni Academy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sorin Năsturel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Raureni Academy's Călin Barbosu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manole Crașovan in the 62nd minute of play. A collision led to Raureni Academy getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Costică Popa hit a great ball. In the 67th minute of the match Mădălin Pascu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Călin Barbosu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ovidiu Bojin came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Raureni Academy's Costică Popa. But to his dismay, Costică Popa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Raureni Academy's Victor Muscaș slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ovidiu Bojin. That made the score 6-2 after 75 minutes of play. Călin Barbosu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sorin Năsturel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Champions Iasi's Petruț Gorcea got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The supporters of Champions Iasi booed when Raureni Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristinel Cârnațiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Champions Iasi's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
