Ionică Iriza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisc Rădulescu having to interfere. Constantin Ifrim might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlad Belu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Constantin Ifrim ran back to his position shaking his head. Vlad Belu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petruț Alecu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, The Owls's Fabian Isăcescu got a free kick in the 13th minute. Vlad Belu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Proca, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute Constantin Ifrim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Belu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to The Owls getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Petruț Alecu hit a great ball. Vlad Belu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petruț Alecu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fabian Isăcescu came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the The Owls fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Isăcescu couldn't finish the play. Vlad Belu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petruț Alecu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. A collision led to The Owls getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Damian Bârlea hit a great ball. Victor Andronache was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 40thth minute of the game Petruț Alecu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but English Fire's Vlad Belu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute The Owls were awarded a corner. Eugen Hrușcă went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on The Owls's corner Eugen Hrușcă fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Vlad Belu quite easily take care of the ball. After 44th play minutes Constantin Ifrim shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Vlad Belu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 47th minute Petruț Alecu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vlad Belu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ionică Iriza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ionică Iriza in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisc Rădulescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Petruț Alecu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vlad Belu came out and tried to block the shot, but Petruț Alecu slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 56th minute. Doru Negrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 62 in the game by Petruț Alecu from a close distance when the talented Vlad Belu managed to make a qualified save. English Fire's players were relieved. Vlad Belu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petruț Alecu in the 63rd minute. Petruț Alecu scored 0-4 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vlad Belu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Vlad Belu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 81 minutes, Marius Proca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Owls and the English Fire players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to The Owls getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Marius Proca hit a great ball. Vlad Belu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Petruț Alecu in the 83rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Constantin Ifrim got free with Vlad Belu in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doru Negrescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Vlad Belu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Vlad Belu managed to avoid a goal in the 92ndth minute, when The Owls's Petruț Alecu fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marius Proca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 96 minutes of play, The Owls's Doru Negrescu made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vlad Belu was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded The Owls left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than English Fire.
