Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Liviu Buda started the match with the kick off. Maxim Strugure in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabian Hudiță, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Petre Benga got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Valer Nuțu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matei Chelbea in the 17th minute of play. Valer Nuțu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corneliu Chirea in the 18th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Corneliu Chirea managed to get in a good position for a shot. TAXI-MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Corneliu Chirea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valer Nuțu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Petre Benga came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petre Benga couldn't finish the play. Maxim Strugure fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Hudiță having to interfere. After 29 minutes of play, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Maxim Strugure made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Hudiță was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 32 minutes, Petre Benga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Petre Benga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute Nae Neguțu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valer Nuțu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigore Mardarie kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Milcu in the 43rd minute of play forced Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Valer Nuțu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in TAXI-MM-'s zone, Petre Benga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Hudiță came out of the goal and Petre Benga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Petre Benga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fabian Hudiță was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Petre Benga made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes TAXI-MM- got a freekick which was hit by Matei Chelbea. Mugur Milcu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Valer Nuțu made a huge save. After 56 minutes of play, TAXI-MM-'s Liviu Buda made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Valer Nuțu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 59 minutes into the match, TAXI-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Petre Benga came free, but Fabian Hudiță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute of the match Leontin Matei shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabian Hudiță showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petre Benga in the 67th minute of play forced TAXI-MM-'s goalkeeper Fabian Hudiță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Maxim Strugure had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Petre Benga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabian Hudiță. TAXI-MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petre Benga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 76 minutes into the game, Petre Benga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TAXI-MM- the free kick. In the 76th minute, Petre Benga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of TAXI-MM- booed when Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leontin Matei didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 minutes, Petre Benga made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. TAXI-MM-'s Fabian Hudiță tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Fabian Hudiță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petre Benga in the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Petre Benga notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of TAXI-MM-'s Fabian Hudiță. Fabian Hudiță was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- had won after a very even match.
