Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aristide Chifu kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Petre Benga during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Petre Benga to maneuver through the defense. After 3 played minutes, FC ANC's Ivan Marincean shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valer Nuțu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC ANC reached it. Valer Nuțu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Chifu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Petre Benga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Manuel Boroș made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Petre Benga got free with Manuel Boroș in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Petre Benga's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Manuel Boroș skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Petre Benga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Manuel Boroș read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. After 24 played minutes FC ANC got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Șeitan. Manuel Boroș acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 25th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Lucian Voinescu. 27 minutes into the match, FC ANC's goal looked a bit too open when Petre Benga came free, but Manuel Boroș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FC ANC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Ciprian Mihăileanu hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Petre Benga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Boroș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Petre Benga in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC ANC's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Petre Benga in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Boroș saved FC ANC from getting behind. In the 39th minute of the match Albert Guriță shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Boroș showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute Petre Benga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Boroș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Petre Benga, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 43 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Manuel Boroș was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Mihai Negara took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Manuel Boroș. FC ANC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petre Benga to strike the kick off in the second half. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Petre Benga got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Petre Benga scored 1-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Boroș, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the game, Mihai Negara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC ANC the free kick. Mihai Negara kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Duțulescu in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valer Nuțu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lucian Voinescu took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manuel Boroș. Manuel Boroș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Petre Benga struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Manuel Boroș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Maxim Strugure put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Manuel Boroș. Petre Benga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Petre Benga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Manuel Boroș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC ANC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-.
