The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sorin Chihaia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolae Niculcea got free with Pavel Grozăvescu in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute, Sorin Chihaia fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Pavel Grozăvescu, passed just outside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Popeneciu in the 57th minute of play forced FC aDeX's goalkeeper Pavel Grozăvescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded C Ａ R D I N Ａ L left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC aDeX.
