The Przełęcz Dukla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Norbert Pietrasz should have stopped the shot. Przełęcz Dukla's Norbert Pietrasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucjan Kasperowicz in the 14th minute of play. After 18 minutes, Slawomir Rutecki made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Joga Bonito's Radomir Bienienda tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Galus came free, but Radomir Bienienda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radomir Bienienda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kazimierz Harendarski in the 31st minute of play. Artur Topolski kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Tadeusz Galus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radomir Bienienda. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Slawomir Rutecki was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Joga Bonito got a freekick which was hit by Ziemowit Brzonkala. Norbert Pietrasz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artur Topolski went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Norbert Pietrasz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucjan Kasperowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Tadeusz Galus could shoot a difficult shot in the 81st minute, which Radomir Bienienda however easily saved by the left post. In the 82nd match minute, Joga Bonito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Topolski to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Joga Bonito's Artur Topolski got a free kick in the 84th minute. Tadeusz Galus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Radomir Bienienda made a huge save. 96 minutes into the match, Artur Topolski notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Przełęcz Dukla's Norbert Pietrasz. Norbert Pietrasz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Joga Bonito succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Przełęcz Dukla had controlled the match.
