Spectators: 163 (Terracing: 123, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Witalis Wicherek in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mieszko Joks prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Ronaldinho Cavia got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Cavia Pyskowice's Okey Cavia got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tanek Praski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Okey Cavia, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Tanek Praski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Okey Cavia in the 14th minute. With a little luck, CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's Tanek Praski got control of the ball when Okey Cavia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Okey Cavia had several of the CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Tanek Praski as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 27th match minute, FC Cavia Pyskowice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobiasz Skarpiak to maneuver through the defense. Mieszko Joks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witomir Trzemzalski in the 30th minute of play. After 30 played minutes FC Cavia Pyskowice got a freekick which was hit by Tobiasz Skarpiak. Witalis Wicherek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mieszko Joks having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's goalkeeper Tanek Praski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Cavia Pyskowice were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roland Hodyl took the corner. Tobiasz Skarpiak's late challenge caught a CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobiasz Skarpiak helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Cavia Pyskowice getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Tobiasz Skarpiak hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Witomir Trzemzalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's supporters rose to their feet, but Witomir Trzemzalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mieszko Joks breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Witalis Kostrzewa's late challenge caught a CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Witalis Kostrzewa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE booed when FC Cavia Pyskowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Witalis Kostrzewa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Witomir Trzemzalski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mieszko Joks. FC Cavia Pyskowice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Witomir Trzemzalski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Tanek Praski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Okey Cavia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's Witalis Wicherek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mieszko Joks made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 67th minute of the match Maksymilian Antoszewski sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tanek Praski skillfully saved the ball. After 73 played minutes FC Cavia Pyskowice got a freekick which was hit by Cyprian Kolbert. In the 75th minute Okey Cavia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Praski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Maksymilian Antoszewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konrad Kornecki took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mieszko Joks. FC Cavia Pyskowice's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute Witalis Wicherek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Joks saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Witomir Trzemzalski struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Mieszko Joks didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE. 90 minutes into the game, Zbyszko Ciupierdo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Tanek Praski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 4-3 when Zbyszko Ciupierdo sped through CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Tanek Praski. When the referee blew the final whistle, FC Cavia Pyskowice could leave the field as winners, despite CZECHOWICE-DZIEDZICE having more of the ball for most of the match.
