Trevor Burkinshaw lost his temper 5 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Alan Neumann managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Vorbuze's supporters rose to their feet, but Alan Neumann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Bettney breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 9th match minute, FC Vorbuze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Neumann to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Maarek Judin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Bettney. Corinthians FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maarek Judin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Richie Goacher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einar Ustav kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Väino Rajur's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, David Bettney skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alan Neumann hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute Maarek Judin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Bettney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Väino Rajur in the 31st minute of play forced Corinthians FC's goalkeeper David Bettney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reg Renner struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Kaljo Eltmaa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corinthians FC. In the 41st minute, Kyle Potter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Bettney was a little too slow when Alan Neumann got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tris Stockley was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Corinthians FC's goal looked a bit too open when Väino Rajur came free, but David Bettney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Corinthians FC's Sebastian Bzeu got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Väino Rajur in the 58th minute of play forced Corinthians FC's goalkeeper David Bettney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Bzeu charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Bzeu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sebastian Bzeu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Johnny Wadham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corinthians FC and the FC Vorbuze players grew even worse after the yellow card. David Bettney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Väino Rajur, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Reg Renner managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corinthians FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reg Renner was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kaljo Eltmaa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to FC Vorbuze getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Alan Neumann hit a great ball. After having played for 84 minutes, Üllar Kaldmaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Vorbuze's supporters crossed their fingers, but Üllar Kaldmaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Bettney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Väino Rajur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 played minutes FC Vorbuze got a freekick which was hit by Henri Pärn. David Bettney stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Väino Rajur's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Üllar Kaldmaa's late challenge caught a Corinthians FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Üllar Kaldmaa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Vorbuze's Üllar Kaldmaa got a free kick in the 92nd minute. There was no doubt that FC Vorbuze were the better team. FC Vorbuze's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
