Niilo Vähäsavo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achaz Schubeus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Niilo Vähäsavo managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Friesenwerdermoor's Colin Beinmagd fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lucian Wild kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Kaarle Väätäinen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Savon Palloseura and the Friesenwerdermoor players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Savon Palloseura's Kaarle Väätäinen got a free kick in the 16th minute. 21 minutes into the match, Friesenwerdermoor's goal looked a bit too open when Kaarle Väätäinen came free, but Gustav Sawade reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucian Wild recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Savon Palloseura booed when Friesenwerdermoor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudolf Rieden didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Toivo Karhu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Savon Palloseura fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Toivo Karhu couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Jan Kuokkanen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niilo Vähäsavo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achaz Schubeus, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute Kaarle Väätäinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Sawade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Savon Palloseura's Taneli Korkeamäki got a free kick in the 36th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Kaarle Väätäinen made the kick off in the second half. If Achaz Schubeus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute, Colin Beinmagd ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niilo Vähäsavo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The Friesenwerdermoor fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Friesenwerdermoor's Colin Beinmagd looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 67th minute, Norman Renz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Achaz Schubeus scored 3-0 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niilo Vähäsavo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Savon Palloseura's Jan Kuokkanen got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Kosti Kukkonen fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Savon Palloseura's protests and gave Kosti Kukkonen a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 89th minute of the game. One of Savon Palloseura:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Friesenwerdermoor:s goal. Colin Beinmagd shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Niilo Vähäsavo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achaz Schubeus in the 95th minute of play. If Norman Renz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Friesenwerdermoor had played much better football throughout.
