When Tormod Høgset fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Untte BK's protests and gave Tormod Høgset a yellow card for diving instead. After 3 played minutes Untte BK got a freekick which was hit by Tormod Høgset. After 8 played minutes Untte BK got a freekick which was hit by Martin Lende. In the 9th minute of the match Drew Titmus shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eilert Østmo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Untte BK's Eilert Østmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Kielb in the 17th minute of play. The Korona Kielce fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Korona Kielce's Jacek Kielb looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th minute, Jacek Kielb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eilert Østmo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Untte BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Korona Kielce:s goal. Untte BK:s Eilert Østmo showed great skill when he stopped Jacek Kielb:s penalty. After a rather tough play, Untte BK's Anders Fjeldberg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Untte BK's Eilert Østmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacek Kielb in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Jacek Kielb had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eilert Østmo. Untte BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacek Kielb was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Eilert Østmo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacek Kielb's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. Korona Kielce's Doug Soussan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Mørk in the 42nd minute of play. After 45 minutes, Jacek Kielb made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Untte BK's Eilert Østmo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Untte BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Korona Kielce were winning 0-4.

The referee ignored Korona Kielce's protests and gave Eric Pell a yellow card for diving instead. Eric Pell hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Eilert Østmo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eric Pell in the 55th minute. Marius Mørk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doug Soussan having to interfere. Korona Kielce's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
