Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Herwig Fehr took the kick off in the first half of the match. Laurids Ingvordsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pat Krupp having to interfere. After 7 played minutes SV Bad Harzburg got a freekick which was hit by David Tamm. Sigfried Solbirk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herwig Fehr in the 10th minute. lyptus's Sigfried Solbirk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danko Riediger in the 13th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Alf Toelhøj managed to get in a good position for a shot. lyptus's supporters rose to their feet, but Alf Toelhøj was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pat Krupp breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 19th minute, SV Bad Harzburg's Herwig Fehr dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Pat Krupp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Farris, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Hasse Næsmark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Tamm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Sigfried Solbirk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Theis Molberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danko Riediger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Sigfried Solbirk made a huge save. Maik Schmeltzer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sigfried Solbirk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacob Cords kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Klaus Vielhaus kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Alf Toelhøj had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pat Krupp. SV Bad Harzburg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alf Toelhøj was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Danko Riediger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sten Farris to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Danko Riediger who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but lyptus's Sigfried Solbirk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alf Toelhøj blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pat Krupp having to make a save. After 59 minutes, Danko Riediger made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. lyptus's Sigfried Solbirk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in lyptus's zone, Danko Riediger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sigfried Solbirk came out of the goal and Danko Riediger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 63 minutes, David Tamm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Bad Harzburg's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Tamm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SV Bad Harzburg's David Tamm got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 72 minutes, Theis Molberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the lyptus and the SV Bad Harzburg players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of SV Bad Harzburg booed when lyptus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theis Molberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frido Sandkühler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sigfried Solbirk having to make a save. Sigfried Solbirk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frido Sandkühler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pat Krupp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Havlykke, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Danko Riediger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 83rdth minute of the game Herwig Fehr who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but lyptus's Sigfried Solbirk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Maik Schmeltzer kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Sigfried Solbirk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herwig Fehr in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of SV Bad Harzburg booed when lyptus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hasse Næsmark didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that SV Bad Harzburg were the better team. SV Bad Harzburg's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
