The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as FS Kilomani's Aimar Martsepp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rikardt Kjeldsvig. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Alfred Dærup took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernst Kanne. Ernst Kanne dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 9 minutes into the game, Alfred Dærup cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Ernst Kanne was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 12 minutes of play, Strib Galacticos IF's Alfred Dærup made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernst Kanne was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 20th play minutes Alfred Dærup shot 1-4, a short shot which went by Ernst Kanne and just under the crossbar into goal. Kristofer Alles took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rikardt Kjeldsvig. Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 25th minute, Timmy Voldvard got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Alfred Dærup got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Alfred Dærup managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strib Galacticos IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfred Dærup was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ernst Kanne didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfred Dærup went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in FS Kilomani's zone, Robin Hagensted stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ernst Kanne came out of the goal and Robin Hagensted tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kalju Õun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Rikardt Kjeldsvig skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aimar Martsepp was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Aimar Martsepp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rikardt Kjeldsvig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aimar Martsepp in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rikardt Kjeldsvig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Eino Toomes came free, but Rikardt Kjeldsvig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Robin Hagensted came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Strib Galacticos IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Robin Hagensted couldn't finish the play. When Alfred Dærup fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strib Galacticos IF's protests and gave Alfred Dærup a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Strib Galacticos IF's Alfred Dærup got a free kick in the 57th minute. Rikardt Kjeldsvig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aimar Martsepp, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When Hannes Kurvits fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FS Kilomani's protests and gave Hannes Kurvits a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FS Kilomani's Hannes Kurvits got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute of the match Terkild Svarte shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernst Kanne showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rikardt Kjeldsvig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Villu Aulik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Alfred Dærup managed to get in a good position for a shot. Strib Galacticos IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred Dærup was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernst Kanne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rikardt Kjeldsvig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kalju Õun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the match, Kalju Õun notched a goal, 2-5, to the right of Strib Galacticos IF's Rikardt Kjeldsvig. Rikardt Kjeldsvig was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sigvart Gotliebsen might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernst Kanne. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sigvart Gotliebsen ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 91st minute Alfred Dærup shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Kanne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 played minutes Strib Galacticos IF got a freekick which was hit by Terkild Svarte. Eino Toomes, 95 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Strib Galacticos IF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
