After 3 played minutes Lithuanian amber got a freekick which was hit by Ignas Janilionis. Lithuanian amber's Eligijus Kavaliūnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Snejstrup in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Gustav Horsgaard made a precise shot to the right of Eligijus Kavaliūnas. Lithuanian amber's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Eligijus Kavaliūnas was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Torsten Snejstrup capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Torsten Snejstrup really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 13 minutes into the match, ABC anno 2012 est. 2002's goal looked a bit too open when Ąžuolas Dališanskis came free, but Walter Brekkstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lithuanian amber's Eligijus Kavaliūnas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Lithuanian amber from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Asfred Græsborg could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Eligijus Kavaliūnas however easily saved by the left post. In the 28th minute, Steen Sieck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, ABC anno 2012 est. 2002's goal looked a bit too open when Ąžuolas Dališanskis came free, but Walter Brekkstein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lithuanian amber's zone, Niels Aabjørn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eligijus Kavaliūnas came out of the goal and Niels Aabjørn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eligijus Kavaliūnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Horsgaard in the 46th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ąžuolas Dališanskis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eligijus Kavaliūnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niels Aabjørn, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Gustav Horsgaard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Eligijus Kavaliūnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Vyšniauskas in the 57th minute of play forced ABC anno 2012 est. 2002's goalkeeper Walter Brekkstein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, Lithuanian amber was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rapolas Norkūnas to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes ABC anno 2012 est. 2002 got a freekick which was hit by Asfred Græsborg. Eligijus Kavaliūnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niels Aabjørn, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Eligijus Kavaliūnas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The supporters of Lithuanian amber booed when ABC anno 2012 est. 2002 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kurth Eckstrøm didn't get a good kick on the ball.
