Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bertil Duerlund started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Harchester United defense, Mouritz Søjbjerg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Mitchell. The Harchester United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Mitchell should have stopped the shot. After 9 minutes, Grant Doyle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Harchester United and the Monks in Robes players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Harchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grant Doyle to maneuver through the defense. Harchester United were furious when Ted Postolan was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 10 minutes into the game, one of Harchester United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Harchester United were awarded a corner in the 18th minute after Monks in Robes's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marty Schofield took the corner. The corner led Harchester United's Marty Schofield to fire away a dangerous shot which Orla Nevin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Monks in Robes's Konstantin Tvilling got a free kick in the 26th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Mouritz Søjbjerg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Thomas Mitchell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Orla Nevin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marty Schofield in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Harchester United got a freekick which was hit by Grant Doyle. After a rather tough play, Monks in Robes's Terkel Hedbak got a free kick in the 39th minute. Kev Higgins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marty Schofield stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mouritz Søjbjerg scored 3-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thomas Mitchell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cliff Hughes kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Thomas Mitchell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Duerlund in the 66th minute of the match. Kev Higgins received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Orla Nevin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harchester United made a substitution. Oliver Corbett replaced Hayden Hickson. Harchester United's Matthew Fawcett was substituted for Austen Routledge. Thomas Mitchell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mouritz Søjbjerg went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Marty Schofield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zack Chalk during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Harchester United's Zack Chalk got a free kick in the 88th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Harchester United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Monks in Robes.
