Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Giannis Kadoglou started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Chrisostomos Benakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zvonimir Čabo in the 2nd minute of the match. Chrisostomos Benakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jasmin Stepanović in the 4th minute of play. Marcel Maroević didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giannis Kadoglou went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Zvonimir Čabo charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zvonimir Čabo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 10th match minute, ZG Hakleri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zvonimir Čabo to maneuver through the defense. PAOK FC's Chrisostomos Benakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zvonimir Čabo in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasmin Stepanović in the 24th minute of play forced PAOK FC's goalkeeper Chrisostomos Benakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute, Akis Agathakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aris Skaboulis hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When ZG Hakleri's Zvonimir Čabo in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PAOK FC's goalie prevented a goal. Chrisostomos Benakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zvonimir Čabo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Jasmin Stepanović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chrisostomos Benakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Argyris Kanelidis came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the PAOK FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argyris Kanelidis couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Jasmin Stepanović made the kick off in the second half. PAOK FC's Chrisostomos Benakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save PAOK FC from getting a goal against them. Dalibor Vrlec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Chrisostomos Benakis made a huge save. After a rather tough play, ZG Hakleri's Rade Grdanovski got a free kick in the 80th minute. Zvonimir Čabo was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Marcel Maroević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giannis Kadoglou in the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, PAOK FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jasmin Stepanović came free, but Chrisostomos Benakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalibor Vrlec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chrisostomos Benakis having to interfere. PAOK FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
