In the 3rd minute Concetto Spinelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stathis Seremetidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Dino Cimino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Stathis Seremetidis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Villa Gordiani's Adriano Barone shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Menios Leras struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Emiliano Grossi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skafνdhi FC. Stathis Seremetidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Concetto Spinelli in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Skafνdhi FC's Nikos Katsikopodaros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Grossi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 25 minutes into the match, Dino Cimino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stathis Seremetidis. Skafνdhi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dino Cimino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kleanthis Karabelopoulos to make the kick off. Kleanthis Karabelopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Emiliano Grossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Stathis Pagonakis came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Skafνdhi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stathis Pagonakis couldn't finish the play. In the 65th minute, Adriano Barone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stathis Pagonakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Grossi having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Kleanthis Karabelopoulos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Grossi was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. If Stathis Pagonakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 minutes, Kleanthis Karabelopoulos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skafνdhi FC and the Villa Gordiani players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stathis Pagonakis charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Nikos Katsikopodaros kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Stathis Pagonakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
