Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ferdinand Cado started the match with the kick off. Ferdinand Cado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blaise Castera scored 1-0 in the 7th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daniele Salomone, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Auguste Lorre came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Villa di Molvena FC's Alex Bravo. But to his dismay, Alex Bravo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 20 minutes into the game, Quentin Escudié was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. R.C. Marseille's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa di Molvena FC the free kick. After 20 played minutes R.C. Marseille got a freekick which was hit by Quentin Escudié. Fabio Di Muzio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniele Salomone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blaise Castera went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Villa di Molvena FC's zone, Quentin Escudié stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daniele Salomone came out of the goal and Quentin Escudié tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as R.C. Marseille's Ferdinand Cado slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniele Salomone. That made the score 3-1 after 35 minutes of play. After some careless play in the Villa di Molvena FC defense, Ferdinand Cado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniele Salomone. The Villa di Molvena FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniele Salomone should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ferdinand Cado managed to get in a good position for a shot. R.C. Marseille's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinand Cado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniele Salomone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camillo Di Marzio hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

Fabio Di Muzio struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Auguste Lorre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villa di Molvena FC. A collision led to R.C. Marseille getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Thomas Gascon hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Di Muzio got free with Auguste Lorre in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Daniele Salomone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Cado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When R.C. Blaise Castera kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Villa di Molvena FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mourad Martinez came free, but Daniele Salomone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Ferdinand Cado put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Daniele Salomone. A collision led to Villa di Molvena FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Alex Bravo hit a great ball. Daniele Salomone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Blaise Castera went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. R.C. Marseille's Blaise Castera got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Blaise Castera off the ground. In the 80th match minute, R.C. Marseille was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blaise Castera to maneuver through the defense. If Mourad Martinez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. R.C. Marseille's Quentin Escudié got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniele Salomone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mourad Martinez in the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Villa di Molvena FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Cado came free, but Daniele Salomone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Ferdinand Cado put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Daniele Salomone. There was no doubt that R.C. Marseille were the better team. R.C. Marseille's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
