In the 33rd minute Antonello Venditti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emanuele Lucentini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emanuele Lucentini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander De Lucia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Achille Albertosi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Punta went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 46 played minutes LIVIOFOREVER got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Bellomo. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anselmo Punta to strike the kick off in the second half. Ercole Ansoldi kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Alexander De Lucia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
