In the 5th match minute, Empire of Soccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chronis Angelis to maneuver through the defense. Federico Dionisi hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 18th minute, Tityos Dounias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dimosthenis Lakiotis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 20th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. A collision led to Sorci Viola getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Alvaro Gori hit a great ball. In the 27th minute, Phaiakes Kouches hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Empire of Soccer's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ernesto Caniglia was slow to take the kick. During this time Sorci Viola's players had a chance to rest. In the 33rd match minute, Sorci Viola was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Vettori to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 42 minutes, Tityos Dounias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Empire of Soccer's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tityos Dounias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Phaiakes Kouches kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Ernesto Caniglia came free, but Dimosthenis Lakiotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Phaiakes Kouches hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes, Sorci Viola's Ernesto Caniglia shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dimosthenis Lakiotis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sorci Viola reached it. Phaiakes Kouches kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Arkas Potamianos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tityos Dounias struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Dennis Calcio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Empire of Soccer. In the 85th minute, Ernesto Caniglia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andrea Orrore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alvaro Gori took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimosthenis Lakiotis. Dimosthenis Lakiotis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0.
