Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Stergios Michael got the match started through his kick off. 10 minutes into the match, Armin Anelli notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Empire of Soccer's Dimosthenis Lakiotis. Dimosthenis Lakiotis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With 13 minutes on the clock, Edmondo Monzeglio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Edmondo Monzeglio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Dimosthenis Lakiotis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armin Anelli went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Dimosthenis Lakiotis came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Montesacro FC's Alexander Saraceni. But to his dismay, Alexander Saraceni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. In the 23rd minute, Alexander Saraceni made a precise shot to the right of Dimosthenis Lakiotis. Empire of Soccer's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. The referee gave Montesacro FC a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cesare Gentili, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Empire of Soccer's Dimosthenis Lakiotis. 1-5. Stergios Michael charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stergios Michael the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Empire of Soccer getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Stergios Michael hit a great ball. Alexander Saraceni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Dimosthenis Lakiotis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Empire of Soccer got a freekick which was hit by Nassos Rigatos. 48 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Cesare Gentili came free, but Dimosthenis Lakiotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Montesacro FC were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armin Anelli was the one to do the kick off. Alexander Saraceni succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 52nd playminute. Alexander Saraceni took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimosthenis Lakiotis. Dimosthenis Lakiotis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. After a defensive mix-up in Empire of Soccer's zone, Alexander Saraceni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimosthenis Lakiotis came out of the goal and Alexander Saraceni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Armin Anelli's late challenge caught a Empire of Soccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Armin Anelli helped the player get up and apologised. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Montesacro FC's Armin Anelli in the 67th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Dimosthenis Lakiotis was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Empire of Soccer through an amazing save. 68 minutes into the match, Alexander Saraceni had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimosthenis Lakiotis. Empire of Soccer's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexander Saraceni was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. Dimosthenis Lakiotis didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-9. With 75 minutes on the clock, Nassos Rigatos commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 74th minute, one of Empire of Soccer:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Empire of Soccer. Armin Anelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute, Montesacro FC's Armin Anelli dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-11. In the 91st minute, Alexander Saraceni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 99 minutes into the match, Empire of Soccer's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Saraceni came free, but Dimosthenis Lakiotis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Montesacro FC played a much better game than Empire of Soccer and deserved their victory. The Empire of Soccer players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
