In the 3rd match minute, GiaSiRo 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Giannetta to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gonzo Style f.c's Davide Zisser got a free kick in the 4th minute. Camillo Nola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Christian Pelliccioni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Gonzo Style f.c getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Damiano Mian hit a great ball. After 16 minutes, Alberto Lo Iacono mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gonzo Style f.c and the GiaSiRo 08 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gonzo Style f.c getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Alberto Lo Iacono hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Damiano Mian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Vulcano in the 19th minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Christian Pelliccioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, GiaSiRo 08's goal looked a bit too open when Enrico Tassotti came free, but Aldo Lemme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Enrico Tassotti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aldo Lemme was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Fausto Tocci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Tassotti in the 28th minute of play forced GiaSiRo 08's goalkeeper Aldo Lemme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Poletti charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Poletti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st minute, Antonio Poletti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GiaSiRo 08's Aldo Lemme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Vieri in the 34th minute of play. Aldo Lemme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Tassotti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Gonzo Style f.c's Damiano Mian got a free kick in the 36th minute. Gonzo Style f.c's Christian Pelliccioni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Gonzo Style f.c from getting a goal against them. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enrico Tassotti was the one to do the kick off. Frank Vulcano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Pelliccioni having to interfere. After 53 played minutes Gonzo Style f.c got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Vieri. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frank Vulcano in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Pelliccioni saved Gonzo Style f.c from getting behind. 64 minutes into the match, GiaSiRo 08's goalkeeper Aldo Lemme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrico Tassotti. After 71 played minutes Augusto Vieri rounded GiaSiRo 08's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-2. After 77 played minutes GiaSiRo 08 got a freekick which was hit by Frank Musacchio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Tocci got free with Aldo Lemme in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Poletti took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Pelliccioni. Christian Pelliccioni dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 88th minute Frank Vulcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Pelliccioni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camillo Nola in the 90th minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Christian Pelliccioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Damiano Mian was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 93 minutes had been played. In the 94th match minute, Gonzo Style f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damiano Mian to maneuver through the defense. The GiaSiRo 08 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gonzo Style f.c's performance. The match ended with a win for Gonzo Style f.c.
