Kostas Tsioris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damiano Mian in the 25th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diogenis Nestorakis during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gonzo Style f.c booed when AC Milan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diogenis Nestorakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrico Tassotti couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koulis Saveris in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christian Pelliccioni saved Gonzo Style f.c from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Enrico Tassotti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gonzo Style f.c's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrico Tassotti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Tsioris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Vieri in the 92nd minute of play. Christian Pelliccioni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Koulis Saveris's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The Gonzo Style f.c supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Gonzo Style f.c would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
