Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Diego Tamburrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Teuma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 6 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Costacurta came free, but Nathan Sant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Fabrizio Costacurta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arthur Teuma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Tamburrini having to interfere. Nathan Sant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabrizio Costacurta's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. CA Boca Jrs's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Corrado Cicchetti in the 13th minute. In the 13th match minute, CA Boca Jrs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrizio Costacurta to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in CA Boca Jrs's zone, Fabio Rapa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Tamburrini came out of the goal and Fabio Rapa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Tamburrini was a little too slow when Fabio Rapa got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Arthur Teuma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, CA Boca Jrs's Diego Tamburrini got control of the ball when Antoine Miggiani tried to sneak it across the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Costacurta came free, but Nathan Sant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Pedrelli kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Federico Monaco took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nathan Sant. Nathan Sant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Rapa was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Fabrizio Costacurta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Antoine Miggiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antoine Miggiani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Tamburrini having to interfere. In the 61st minute, CA Boca Jrs's Federico Monaco ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nathan Sant. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Teuma in the 64th minute of play forced CA Boca Jrs's goalkeeper Diego Tamburrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to CA Boca Jrs getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ennio Profeta hit a great ball. In the 70th minute, Antoine Miggiani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nathan Sant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Costacurta, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timothy De Battista during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Fabrizio Costacurta's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathan Sant was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. 98 minutes into the game, Meerkats FC's Antoine Miggiani nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Diego Tamburrini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. CA Boca Jrs succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Meerkats FC had controlled the match.
