Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Michaël Dubuis got the match started through his kick off. Michaël Dubuis took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Beppe Scannella. Beppe Scannella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the game, Michaël Dubuis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perthes United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Acilia Town the free kick. After 7 played minutes Perthes United got a freekick which was hit by Michaël Dubuis. 8 minutes into the match, Armando Villa notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Perthes United's Moïse Mouton. Moïse Mouton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th minute, Billy Loy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moïse Mouton didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Villa went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rd match minute, Perthes United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Billy Loy to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Perthes United's Herbert Courcelle sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beppe Scannella narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Amedeo Giacomini made a precise shot to the right of Moïse Mouton. Perthes United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Armando Villa came free with the goalkeeper in the 31st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Moïse Mouton could save by the left post. The audience was convinced that Michaël Dubuis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Beppe Scannella was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. With a little luck, Perthes United's Moïse Mouton got control of the ball when Armando Villa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beppe Scannella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michaël Dubuis in the 41st minute of the match. Herbert Courcelle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amedeo Giacomini was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Amedeo Giacomini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Villa in the 55th minute of play forced Perthes United's goalkeeper Moïse Mouton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, Perthes United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jean-Christophe Engler to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Perthes United's zone, Amedeo Giacomini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moïse Mouton came out of the goal and Amedeo Giacomini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michaël Dubuis got free with Beppe Scannella in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Herbert Courcelle fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perthes United's protests and gave Herbert Courcelle a yellow card for diving instead. Acilia Town made a substitution. Arrigo Cirelli replaced Carter Giordano. After a rather tough play, Perthes United's Herbert Courcelle got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Armando Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the game, Acilia Town's Amedeo Giacomini nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moïse Mouton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. After 79 played minutes Herbert Courcelle rounded Acilia Town's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-3. Amedeo Giacomini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Moïse Mouton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Armando Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acilia Town's supporters rose to their feet, but Armando Villa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moïse Mouton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the match, Acilia Town's goalkeeper Beppe Scannella had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Michaël Dubuis. Perthes United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
