Emanuele Di Mario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avraam Chalkias in the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goal looked a bit too open when Avraam Chalkias came free, but Emanuele Di Mario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Panos Papathomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nikiforos Valaoras charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nikiforos Valaoras the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Skyfall booed when Olympiacos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikiforos Valaoras didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Olympiacos FC's zone, Christian Vanni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Takis Nestoriou came out of the goal and Christian Vanni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Takis Nestoriou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achille Iacomini in the 26th minute of the match. Emanuele Di Mario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Panos Papathomas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Avraam Chalkias in the 30th minute of play forced Skyfall's goalkeeper Emanuele Di Mario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Olympiacos FC's Panos Papathomas got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 31 played minutes Skyfall got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Panno. 35 minutes into the match, Avraam Chalkias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Skyfall's Emanuele Di Mario. Emanuele Di Mario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 38 minutes of play, Olympiacos FC's Avraam Chalkias made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emanuele Di Mario was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emanuele Di Mario showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Avraam Chalkias, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Emanuele Di Mario didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Koudas went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dimitris Koudas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Skyfall's Emanuele Di Mario got control of the ball when Dimitris Koudas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Skyfall's Emanuele Di Mario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Skyfall from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Olympiacos FC's Avraam Chalkias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emanuele Di Mario. That made the score 0-4 after 64 minutes of play. Olympiacos FC's Miltiadis Tsiranidis was substituted for Grigoris Plexioudas. Olympiacos FC's Panos Loukas was substituted for Markos Kareklopoulos. Olympiacos FC's Kostas Tziolas was substituted for Alexis Dellios. After 70 played minutes Olympiacos FC got a freekick which was hit by Kostas Tziolas. Fedele Tesone recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 minutes, Kostas Tziolas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olympiacos FC and the Skyfall players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 80th minute, Panos Papathomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 86 minutes into the match, Avraam Chalkias dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Emanuele Di Mario, 0-5. In the 90th minute, Olympiacos FC's Dimitris Koudas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. 94 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goalkeeper Emanuele Di Mario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fanis Schinas. In the 96th minute, Dimitris Koudas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emanuele Di Mario. The goal made the score 0-7. When the final whistle sounded Olympiacos FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Skyfall.
