If Charlie Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Batiste Baudron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lakis Mexis in the 4th minute. Marios Roussakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Butcher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Themis Laganas fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Punk Fathers's protests and gave Themis Laganas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th match minute, Punk Fathers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themis Laganas to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes Punk Fathers got a freekick which was hit by Fotis Barovios. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yves Tritz in the 17th minute of play forced Punk Fathers's goalkeeper Marios Roussakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Géromé's late challenge caught a Punk Fathers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Géromé helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's Gaël Dubourg got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Themis Laganas hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's William Butcher in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Punk Fathers's goalie prevented a goal. Marios Roussakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Butcher, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Valérien Plasse kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. A collision led to LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. William Butcher hit a great ball. Marios Roussakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Butcher in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimitris Papazisis in the 43rd minute of play forced LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO's goalkeeper Batiste Baudron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that William Butcher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marios Roussakis was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dimitris Papazisis to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling William Butcher in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marios Roussakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 53 played minutes Punk Fathers got a freekick which was hit by Thalis Pantazis. In the 57thth minute of the game William Butcher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Punk Fathers's Marios Roussakis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marios Roussakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Charlie Sanchez in the 60th minute. Batiste Baudron came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Punk Fathers's Themis Laganas. But to his dismay, Themis Laganas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Batiste Baudron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantinos Kaikas in the 66th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Yves Tritz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. William Butcher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marios Roussakis having to interfere. In the 81st minute William Butcher shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marios Roussakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match William Butcher climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-2 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Marios Roussakis. William Butcher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marios Roussakis having to interfere. Marios Roussakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of William Butcher's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. The LA RABIA DEL PUEBLO players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
