After some careless play in the KINDERUZ defense, Yvon Candamil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eliseu Curado. The KINDERUZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eliseu Curado should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yvon Candamil in the 23rd minute of play forced KINDERUZ's goalkeeper Eliseu Curado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseu Curado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yvon Candamil went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Tano Gomar charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tano Gomar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice moves Ricardo Bandeira could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Toni Bermejo however easily saved by the left post. Toni Bermejo made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Vítor Nunes sent off a good shot on target. After 38 minutes of play Fillos de Breogán's Torcuato Carballido was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 39th minute, Torcuato Carballido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseu Curado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yvon Candamil, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After 46 played minutes Fillos de Breogán got a freekick which was hit by Yvon Candamil.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yvon Candamil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Vítor Nunes scored 4-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Toni Bermejo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristiano Valadares took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Toni Bermejo. Toni Bermejo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. In the 59th minute Vítor Nunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Bermejo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goal looked a bit too open when Vítor Nunes came free, but Toni Bermejo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 minutes, Jesús Quiroga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fillos de Breogán and the KINDERUZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vítor Nunes in the 73rd minute of play forced Fillos de Breogán's goalkeeper Toni Bermejo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Yvon Candamil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fillos de Breogán's supporters rose to their feet, but Yvon Candamil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eliseu Curado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fillos de Breogán's Toni Bermejo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vítor Nunes in the 80th minute of play. Toni Bermejo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Vítor Nunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Toni Bermejo was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. With a left leg Toni Bermejo saved Fillos de Breogán from getting behind. KINDERUZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
