Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Nàstic de Tarragona's Honorio Villar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cesareo Garate made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elixio Garzon in the 3rd minute of play. Cesareo Garate came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Club Celta de Vigo's Guillerme Mera. But to his dismay, Guillerme Mera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Nàstic de Tarragona's Sandro Clemente got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 13 minutes of play, Nàstic de Tarragona's Honorio Villar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julen Planes was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge De Pedro in the 18th minute of play forced Nàstic de Tarragona's goalkeeper Cesareo Garate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amat Maldonado took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesareo Garate. Cesareo Garate dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 23 minutes into the game, Amat Maldonado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Club Celta de Vigo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nàstic de Tarragona the free kick. Amat Maldonado hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. The supporters of Real Club Celta de Vigo booed when Nàstic de Tarragona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Villar didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Honorio Villar got free with Julen Planes in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorge De Pedro charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jorge De Pedro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 31st match minute, Real Club Celta de Vigo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge De Pedro to maneuver through the defense. Cesareo Garate showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elixio Garzon, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Cesareo Garate came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Club Celta de Vigo's Jorge De Pedro. But to his dismay, Jorge De Pedro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 42nd match minute, Nàstic de Tarragona was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Villar to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute Jorge De Pedro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesareo Garate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julen Planes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Clemente in the 46th minute of play. Cesareo Garate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elixio Garzon in the 48th minute of the match. The Nàstic de Tarragona players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Club Celta de Vigo were winning 1-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elixio Garzon to strike the kick off in the second half. Real Club Celta de Vigo's Julen Planes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorio Villar in the 52nd minute of play. Micael Castelao kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge De Pedro in the 57th minute of play forced Nàstic de Tarragona's goalkeeper Cesareo Garate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 played minutes Nàstic de Tarragona got a freekick which was hit by Sandro Clemente. Julen Planes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sandro Clemente's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Real Club Celta de Vigo's Amat Maldonado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cesareo Garate. Cesareo Garate yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Nàstic de Tarragona's Cesareo Garate proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Nàstic de Tarragona from getting a goal against them. After 70 played minutes Nàstic de Tarragona got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Romero. Julen Planes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Villar in the 77th minute of the match. Nàstic de Tarragona's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Jorge De Pedro scored to the left of an out of position Cesareo Garate, making the score, 1-5. When the final whistle sounded Real Club Celta de Vigo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nàstic de Tarragona.
