Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Campus Douro Academy's Vítor Macedo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulo Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Brás took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valério Vidal. Valério Vidal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Campus Douro Academy getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Óscar Andrade hit a great ball. In the 17th minute Hildeberto Godinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeferino Igrejas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valério Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Telinhos in the 19th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Abreu during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Campus Douro Academy booed when Sabadim Harammes PRD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valério Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Macedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Campus Douro Academy's Vítor Macedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Valério Vidal. Valério Vidal yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 31st match minute, Campus Douro Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Altino Tristão to maneuver through the defense. In the 34th minute, Hildeberto Godinho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeferino Igrejas was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Valério Vidal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vítor Macedo in the 39th minute. 40 minutes into the game, João Lameiras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sabadim Harammes PRD's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Campus Douro Academy the free kick. After 40 played minutes Sabadim Harammes PRD got a freekick which was hit by João Lameiras. Vítor Macedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Valério Vidal made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Sabadim Harammes PRD's João Lameiras got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute Kevin Borba suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. When João Lameiras was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. Campus Douro Academy made a substitution. Aldo Marinho replaced Kevin Borba. João Lameiras kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Abreu to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, one of Sabadim Harammes PRD:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Hildeberto Godinho hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute, Marco Paredes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Campus Douro Academy's Zeferino Igrejas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Campus Douro Academy from getting a goal against them. Valério Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Telinhos, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Valério Vidal came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Campus Douro Academy's Vítor Macedo. But to his dismay, Vítor Macedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Zeferino Igrejas was a little too slow when Marco Paredes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 4-2. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sabadim Harammes PRD's goalkeeper Valério Vidal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Campus Douro Academy's Zeferino Igrejas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Campus Douro Academy from getting a goal against them. After having played for 87 minutes, Marco Paredes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sabadim Harammes PRD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Paredes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valério Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vítor Macedo in the 91st minute of play. In the 97th minute, Jorge Pinheiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campus Douro Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Campus Douro Academy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sabadim Harammes PRD had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
