AMERICAN BARÇA defense, Josep Cabrera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramón Quiroga. The F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramón Quiroga should have stopped the shot. A collision led to F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. After 40 minutes of play, La mano de D10S's Josep Cabrera made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ramón Quiroga was left in no man's land by his defense there! 44 minutes into the match, Josep Cabrera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramón Quiroga. F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Josep Cabrera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. After the first half La mano de D10S were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Josep Cabrera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 52 played minutes F.C. AMERICAN BARÇA got a freekick which was hit by Xurde Solana. In the 52nd minute, Josep Cabrera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 56th minute, Ibon Suarez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramón Quiroga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Josep Cabrera in the 60th minute.
