Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tiago Fraga started the match with the kick off. A collision led to FC Fura Balizas getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Alexandre Pires hit a great ball. After 9 minutes, Luis-Miguel Jubera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salud y República and the FC Fura Balizas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tiago Fraga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvino Galnares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. FC Fura Balizas were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Salud y República's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Pessoa took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Márcio Vilarinho managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 17 minutes into the match, Alexandre Pires had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alvino Galnares. Salud y República's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alexandre Pires was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Alvino Galnares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tiago Fraga's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Alvino Galnares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Fraga in the 22nd minute of play. Alexandre Pires got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Salud y República booed when FC Fura Balizas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Pires didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 45 minutes, Tiago Fraga made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Salud y República's Alvino Galnares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Andoitz Talavera made the kick off in the second half. Salud y República were furious when Lope Reina was red carded, 55 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 55th minute, one of Salud y República:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Salud y República. In the 62nd minute, Kevin Damásio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Fura Balizas's Tiago Fraga got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Pessoa hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 72 played minutes FC Fura Balizas got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Pessoa. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Salud y República's goalkeeper Alvino Galnares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salud y República's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tiago Fraga 83 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-5. In the 91st match minute, FC Fura Balizas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Patrício to maneuver through the defense. José Guarda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvino Galnares having to interfere. José Guarda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Salud y República fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Fura Balizas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
